Help with your digital book order

Check your product listing for the file formats included and its delivery terms. An e-book is a digital purchase; it does not include a physical book.

Finding your order and download

1. Check the inbox used at checkout, including spam and promotions folders, for your order confirmation and any delivery email.
2. Confirm the book title and whether it was a preorder. An order receipt and a download link may arrive separately.
3. If a download link is missing or does not work, contact us with your order number and checkout email.

Opening the file

Use a reading app compatible with the format listed on the product page. Include your device, app name and the exact error message when asking for help. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Preorders and release dates

Preorders follow the delivery terms on their product listing. If the stated date has passed and your file has not arrived, contact us so we can check the order. Do not place a second order to resolve a missing download.
